Happy birthday America!

Happy fourth of July!
Well, we've got the Barbeque ready and my famous burgers are made and in the fridge. I've got three pounds of chicken that has been sitting in a pineapple maranade since last night and will be ready to go as soon as we are.
After the BBQ we will all hike down to the beach and light off some fireworks while we wait for the show to start.
This year is going to be the best ever!

Shopping for the 4th

The celebration is confirmed. I'm off to Costco to pick up everything we need for our BBQ and then plan on spending a small fortune on fireworks.

Found a place that sells mortar fireworks. Because we'll be at the beach I bought a bunch of them. Click this link to get directions to Franks Firework Fiesta!
Bought a new grill-master grill. Check out the instructions, it's going to take all night to put this thing together!
